HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE
If you have submitted your data in the previous registration platform but you have not already paid the registration fee, we kindly ask you to create a new account.
Username and passord previously received are no longer available.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
The first time you enter the new registration system you have to register your personal data by clicking on “Create a new user account” to register your email address and set a password to be user for further login.
Once submitted your data, a confirmation email will be sent. A new registration procedure is mandatory to proceed with the payment of the registration fee and to book the tickets for the Gala Dinner.
All participants that have already paid the registration fee on the previous patform don’t need to create an account in the new registration platform.
Please take care of the correct address you will insert in your personal data and pay attention to select your correct attendance category in the dropdown menu available in the data submission form in order to have the correct registration fee.
To enter the online system again you can login with the email and password.

** With two full registrations of academics [from the same University/Department/Institution] the organizers will grant the registration free of charge of a Student/PhD researcher.
PROCEDURE FOR TEAM REGISTRATION
If you are two Academics, both of you have already registered and paid and you want to get a free registration for your Student/PhD researcher, please send the Student/PhD researcher both your email address used for the registration. The Student/PhD researcher can register free of charge on the platform by selecting the TEAM REGISTRATION option, by submitting her/his personal data, and by entering the two Academics emails in the dedicated field.

Certificates stating the acceptance of an abstract will not be issued, the confirmation e-mail received must be used to proof the acceptance of an abstract.
Registration will close on August 21st, 2022. After this date only onsite registration will be possible.

Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments.
The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30€ administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before July 15th, 2022. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that the 44th International Conference on Coordination Chemistry cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage
